Zach focuses his practice on representing individuals with injury and disability claims nationwide. As the President of Fields Injury Law Firm, Zach is responsible for maintaining the Firm’s standard of excellence and advancing the Firm’s strategic direction.
Zach understands the unique challenges that each client faces while dealing with an injury or disability claim, and he treats his clients with care and compassion. He has a proven track record of success with seeking justice for his clients. He focuses intensely on each client’s case, so his clients can focus on moving forward with their lives.
Zach is dedicated to providing the best representation, service, and communication that his clients have ever experienced. His goal is to help clients get back to as close to 100% as possible while pursuing the maximum recovery for his clients’ injuries and disability.
He earned his bachelor’s degree from the University of Minnesota and his Juris Doctor from William Mitchell College of Law. He is a member of the Minnesota State Bar Association, Hennepin County Bar Association, the Work Injury Law Group (WILG), the American Association for Justice (AAJ), and the Minnesota Association for Justice (MNAJ).
Mr. Schmoll is admitted to practice in Minnesota state courts, the United States District Court for the District of Minnesota, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit.
Zach presents to organizations both locally and nationally regarding injury and disability claims, and he appears in federal courts throughout the country in his representation of clients.
Zach was selected as a Minnesota Super Lawyers Rising Star 2020-2025.
Outside of work, Zach enjoys spending time outdoors and with his family and friends.
