Sara Weber grew up in Oshkosh, Wisconsin. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and English from Marquette University. During her time at Marquette, she sat as a Student Senator for Marquette’s Student Government where she was the founder and co-chair of the Committee for Title IX and Sexual Harassment Awareness that focused on Title IX Policy initiatives and resources on campus. After graduating she took a gap year and worked at a civil litigation law firm in her hometown. From there, Sara moved to Minneapolis and earned her law degree from the University of St. Thomas School of Law.
While in law school, Sara was an Associate Editor on the Journal of Law and Public Policy and clerked for a personal injury firm before starting at Fields Law as a law clerk during her final year of school. At Fields, Sara has been able to combine her interest with the law and her desire to advocate for others through her work in Personal Injury and Workers’ Compensation. Sara is dedicated to being a voice for injured individuals, helping them navigate the challenges they face in the aftermath of their experiences.
Ms. Weber is admitted to practice in both Minnesota state and federal courts. She is also a member of the Minnesota Bar Association and Hennepin County Bar Association, as well as the Work Injury Law Group and the Minnesota Association for Justice.
Outside of work, Sara enjoys running, going to concerts with friends, and spending time with her family on the water in Wisconsin.
