Education: Merrick Williams earned his law degree from William Mitchell College of Law.
Fields Focus: Merrick’s practice focuses on Personal Injury clients. He knows the anxiety and uncertainty regular people experience when dealing with huge insurance companies. He’ll carefully simplify complex issues so clients can make the best decision about their case. Simultaneously, he’ll take an aggressive approach with the insurance company to make sure his clients receive the best result and recovery.
License and bar: Mr. Williams is admitted to practice in the Minnesota state courts and United States District Court of Minnesota, New Jersey, and Texas. He is a member of the Minnesota State Bar Association, Hennepin County Bar Association, Minnesota Association of Justice and American Association for Justice.
Interests and passions: In his free time, Merrick enjoys spending time with family and cheering on Minnesota sports teams. He is still holding out hope for the Timberwolves to one day win an NBA championship.
